Went to see the new bond flick on the weekend. I really liked it. I enjoyed darker, grittier Bond. Sort of Sean Connery Bond meets a Tarantino flick. (Nowhere near as graphic as a Tarantino flick, but certainly further down that spectrum than other Bond movies).
Enjoyed the airline-related cameo in it.

The premise has existed the whole time. Did you not see On Her Majesty's Secret Service? At the end, Bond is married, only to have his bride killed moments later by Blofeld. IIRC.
This was also parodied in the second Austin Powers movie where his wife turns out to be a fembot.
Ya, noticed the flash of Branson. Wonder why he was there. Was it a Virgin plane, or did he just call in a favor or something?
